With a brief from the bride of an elegant, simple centrepiece with ‘wow’ incoporating a subtle Scottish twist, we created a gorgeous 4-tier cake with traditional pillars dressed with fresh flowers and thistles (flowers by Earth).The cake looked stunning set up in the Great Hall at Thornton Manor.
