We've just perfected a new recipe for Chocolate Velvet Cake with White Chocolate Ganache - it's delicious! And it's the perfect filling for our White Chocolate Shard Cake which is stunningly simple finished with a fresh hot pink orchid. The cake design also works fabulously using either milk or dark chocolate, dressed with roses - almost too good to eat!
