When Stuart and Jane contacted us from New York requesting contemporary cupcakes customised with their initials for their UK wedding at Thornton Manor (www.thorntonmanor.com), we rose to the challenge and created scrummy chocolate cakes with pale pink vanilla buttercream and individual icing discs embossed with 'S' and 'J', displayed on a 7-tier tower, topped with a fruit cutting cake (a nod to tradition!).
