Petal Cake in Brides Magazine

We love the challenge of creating brand new cake designs for Brides Magazine, and the Petal Cake featured in the January/February 2009 issue was no exception. We made over 700 individual cream sugar petals and finished the tumbling tower with half a dozen individual complete sugar flowers in pale pink dusted with edible glitter for extra sparkle!
